To support asset, liability and digital operations through assessment of operational activities, monitoring of process controls, identification of operational risks and review of compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. The role provides analytical inputs to improve service quality, operational efficiency and customer outcomes.

• Perform daily reconciliation of settlement, pool, suspense and digital transaction accounts.
• Execute settlement activities with NPCI, Visa, Mastercard, Payment Aggregators and other payment network partners.
• Support card management and digital payment operations to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
• Manage customer disputes, chargebacks and transaction exceptions and ensure resolution within regulatory timelines.
• Monitor reconciliation breaks, settlement exceptions and pending items and drive timely resolution.
• Escalate operational exceptions, control breaches and unresolved issues in accordance with defined procedures.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls and operational procedures governing digital payment operations.
• Support audit, compliance and operational review activities and ensure timely closure of observations.

Experience Range: 1 to 2 Years

Graduation/ Post‑Graduation (Any specialization)
