Position:  Area Sales Executive (Haryana)

Location: Hisar

Business: ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions, India, Yale Retail

Reports to: Area Sales Manager

 

Position Summary

 

ASSA ABLOY is looking for Area Sales Executive – Yale based out of Hisar, responsible to generate business as below.

 

Roles & Responsibility

• Deliver the Revenue objectives for Retail business as per plan.
• Set up and manage proper distribution channel and review distribution performance.
• Will be able to handle and motivate distributor and dealer team.
• Build and manage the demand generation for all product categories.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding.
• Formulating promotional activities as a part of brand building
• Building relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and end customers
• Provide product knowledge to all stakeholders of channel partners
• Responsible for Primary/secondary sales
• Conduct continuous market analysis and support Zonal Manager for forecasts and budgeting

 

Skills and Knowledge:

• Have functional knowledge of retail business in building material industry  
• Negotiate skills
• Good communication
• Strong channel management skills.
• Should maintain time discipline and strong work ethic
• Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
• Should be responsive, organized and energetic
• Possesses a high level of integrity and ownership of responsibilities
• Shows high drive for results and execution excellence. Follows up with stakeholders till the result is achieved 
• Develops partnerships, keeps stakeholders updated on progress of projects and activities on time
• Proficiency in MS excel and power point

 

Qualification Criteria:

 

• Any Graduate. MBA Preferred.
• 3-5 years previous total experience in retail sales, Hardware Industry.
