Summary:
As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying structured quality processes and leveraging automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. The role centers on managing the entire quality engineering lifecycle with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, precision, and data integrity throughout the testing phases. This position requires continuous engagement with evolving methodologies to ensure that testing outcomes meet the highest standards and contribute to the overall success of the project.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automated testing within the development lifecycle.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices in test automation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning, capital markets domain knowledge AND testing AND test automation - feature files and BaNCS experience.
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and tools relevant to functional testing.
- Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Ability to analyze test results and identify areas for improvement in automation processes.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in test execution and reporting.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ office.
- A BE is required.
