Job Title / Position: SFMC Support Consultant
Experience: 8 - 10 years
Location: Bengaluru / Pune / Noida 

Essential Functions & Accountabilities
1.    Hands-on experience with AMPScript, SSJS, SQL, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
2.    Proven experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, SFTP, and third-party platforms.
3.    Strong knowledge of SFMC data architecture, data modeling, and complex integration patterns.
4.    Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, CloudPages, Contact Builder, Intelligence Reports, Subscriber Management, Data Flows, Google Analytics, and omnichannel messaging (Email, WhatsApp, LINE).
5.    Good understanding of Salesforce CRM administration, standard objects, and reporting. 
6.    Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), including data ingestion, data modeling, identity resolution, profile unification, calculated insights, segmentation, activations, and data governance.
7.    Experience designing and implementing Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Identity Resolution rulesets, Data Actions, and integrations with SFMC and Salesforce CRM.
8.    Strong understanding of Data Cloud architecture, data harmonization, consent management, and customer 360 use cases.
9.    Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform production issue triage and root cause analysis.
10.    Excellent communication and presentation skills for client workshops, demos, and stakeholder discussions.
11.    Ability to support global teams across multiple regions and deliver against critical go-live timelines.
12.    Proficient in ServiceNow, Jira, and other project/ticket management tools.
13.    Self-driven team player with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.

EDUCATION: Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering.
