Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Manager – Pre-Sales (Real Estate) to generate qualified leads, engage prospective customers, and support the sales team. Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound/outbound enquiries. • Qualify leads and schedule site visits. • Follow up prospects and improve conversions. • Explain projects, pricing and payment plans. • Build relationships with customers, brokers and channel partners. • Update CRM and coordinate with sales. • Achieve monthly targets. • Monitor market trends. Required Skills Strong communication, negotiation, CRM, MS Office, customer relationship management, and real estate pre-sales experience. Eligibility Bachelor's degree with 3–8 years of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales or Business Development.
