Consultant, AI Discovery and Business Transformation

Role purpose We are looking for Senior Consultants who can lead structured discovery across complex enterprise accounts and convert business and operational challenges into practical, implementable AI opportunities.This is not a pure technology-development role. The successful candidate will combine consulting, process transformation, AI understanding and stakeholder management. They should be able to move from an ambiguous business problem to a clearly defined use case, quantified value hypothesis, future-state process and implementation roadmap.The role will support AI-led transformation programmes across engineering services, business-process operations and enterprise functions. Key responsibilities Lead business and process discoveryIdentify and prioritise AI opportunitiesDevelop business cases and value storiesDesign future-state solutionsCreate client-ready proposalsManage stakeholders and delivery Required experience Approximately 3 to 6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, business transformation, process excellence, digital transformation or AI-enabled transformation.Demonstrated experience leading client or stakeholder discovery workshops.Strong ability to structure ambiguous business problems and convert them into actionable workplans.Experience in process mapping (BMPN), operating-model analysis, requirements gathering and future-state design.Working understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, large language models, agentic AI, prompt engineering and human-in-the-loop design.Ability to assess AI use-case suitability without overstating technical feasibility or expected benefits.Strong quantitative skills, including analysis of operational data, volumes, effort, productivity and business-value drivers.Experience developing business cases, transformation roadmaps, proposals or executive presentations.Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and written and verbal communication skills.Advanced working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.Ability to work from Pune and collaborate with distributed client and delivery teams. Preferred experience Exposure to AI solution design, RAG, enterprise knowledge solutions, AI agents or AI-enabled workflow orchestration.Experience collaborating with AI engineers, solution architects and business-process SMEs.Familiarity with responsible AI, data privacy, information security, token-economics and model-risk considerations.
