Sales Manager -Solar

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Education & Awareness: Educate residential customers about solar energy, system benefits, and government subsidies available under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana.
• Lead Conversion & Sales: Connect with prospects using company-provided leads, conduct meetings, present custom solar proposals, and drive monthly sales targets.
• Site Survey & Assessment: Visit customer premises to perform initial site surveys, check roof space, assess shading, and determine system feasibility.
• Documentation Support: Assist customers in collecting and preparing required documentation for solar net-metering and government subsidy applications.
• Loan Facilitation: Work with bank partners to process solar loan applications and assist customers through every step of the financing workflow.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with customers from initial contact through installation and commissioning.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in any type of sales, direct sales, or field sales (experience in residential rooftop solar preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent field experience).
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Mobility: Valid driver's license and personal two-wheeler/transportation for site visits.
