Job Description

  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally (Tally ERP / Tally Prime)
  • Manage sales and purchase entries, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers
  • Prepare and maintain GST records, including filing support and reconciliation
  • Work on TDS calculations, entries, and compliance
  • Generate and manage E-invoices and E-way bills
  • Prepare Delivery Challans, Credit Notes, and Debit Notes
  • Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash/bank records
  • Maintain accounts receivable and payable tracking
  • Assist in monthly closing and reporting
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams
  • Ensure proper documentation and record keeping
  • Support in MIS reporting and data preparation in Excel
