Job Title: Accountant (Export & Manufacturing)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, export

documentation, compliance, and reporting for our medical disposable manufacturing and export

operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST,

export procedures, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting- Maintain accurate books of accounts (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Inventory)- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements- Manage accounts payable and receivable- Bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring

2. Export Documentation & Compliance- Handle export invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and e-way bills- Coordinate with CHA (Custom House Agent) and freight forwarders- Ensure compliance with export regulations, DGFT, and RBI guidelines- Manage LUT, GST refunds, and export benefits (like duty drawback)

3. Taxation (India)- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)- Handle TDS, income tax compliance, and audits- Ensure proper input tax credit reconciliation

4. Inventory & Costing- Maintain inventory records for medical disposable products (IV sets, gloves, etc.)- Monitor stock movement and valuation- Product costing and margin analysis

5. Payroll & Administration- Process employee salaries and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC if applicable)- Maintain financial records and documentation

6. Audit & Reporting- Assist in internal and external audits- Prepare MIS reports for management decision-making- Budgeting and financial forecasting

Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com/M.Com)- 2–5 years experience in manufacturing/export accounting- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and export procedures- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Busy, or ERP)- Strong Excel skills- Attention to detail and analytical mindset

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in medical disposable or pharma industry- Knowledge of international trade and foreign currency transactions- Familiarity with DGFT and export incentives
