Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage daily sales activities.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Prepare and share quotations, sales orders and other sales documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders and payments.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch and Accounts teams for timely order execution.
- Maintain customer details, sales records and order status.
- Track pending orders and ensure timely delivery coordination.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Update the sales team and management regarding order and customer status.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and assist with customer requirements.
