Job Description
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain ledgers, journal entries, and bank reconciliation statements.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, payment records, and receipts.
Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, and other tax-related compliance, as applicable.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor expenses, cash flow, and outstanding payments.
Maintain records of purchases, sales, and inventory, where applicable.
Assist with budgeting, auditing, and financial reporting.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, auditors, and tax consultants.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all accounting activities.
