Accountant/ Accounts Executive

We are hiring Executive (Accounts)/Accountant for Our corporate office Located at Ahmedabad

MMIPL is Leading multidisciplinary organization providing various services with the infrastructure & Engineering domain in various sectors namely Water Resources, Water Supply, Waste Water, Environmental Engineering, Survey Investigations and Property Services, Roads and Transportation, OffShore engineering and Urban Services, Technical Audits and Risk Assessment, Forestry Services and Advanced Technologies.

Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad

Company: Multi Mantech International Pvt Ltd

Education: B.com/M.Com / M.B.A (Finance)      

Experience: 3 -6 Years (Relevant Experience) 

Pay Range: Up to 3.24 LPA or depends on current salary and relevance Experience

Job Responsibilities :

- Pass accounting entries in Tally Prime software.

- Maintain cash book, bank book, and general ledger.

- Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.

- Verify supporting documents before posting transactions.

- Process vendor bills and payment requests.

- Prepare payment advice and maintain vendor records.

- Assist in GST data preparation and reconciliation.

- Support TDS calculation, deduction, and record maintenance.

- Ensure timely filing of PF, ESI, and Professional Tax challans as per regulations

- Maintain records required for audits and statutory filings.

- Ensure timely submission of financial documents.

Desired Skills

- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime for accounting and record-keeping.
