Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results- driven Business Development professional to expand our market presence in FRP/GRP PRODUCTS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through online research, networking, cold calling, and industry sources.
- Develope strong product knowledge and effectively present features, benefits and applications.
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle customer queries with technical clarity.
- Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities for product conversion.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations and proposals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Bulid and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with sales, technical and support teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and prepare MIS Reports.
- Monitor competitior activities and support sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation (MBA Preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience (E&I industry preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Customer- focused approach with good technical understanding.
- Proficiency in Hindi, English and Gujarati
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage time effectively.
