Job Description – Sales Coordinator
HGR Amusement is looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and coordinate orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and generate new business leads.
- Coordinate with the sales team and follow up with clients regularly.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and related documents.
- Maintain customer databases, lead records, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding order status and delivery.
- Follow up on pending payments and customer requirements.
- Maintain good customer relationships and support sales target achievement.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Job Location: Gota, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Work Mode: Work from Office
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Salary: As per experience and interview.
