Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)
Position: Business Development Executive
Work Mode: 100% Remote (Work From Home)
Experience: 1–5 Years
Industry Preference: EdTech / School ERP / College ERP
Salary: Up to 100% Hike on Current CTC (based on experience and performance)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients, building strategic relationships, and generating sales opportunities in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational organizations.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Promote website development, digital solutions, and technology services.
- Build relationships with school principals, college management, and decision-makers.
- Conduct online meetings, product presentations, and sales negotiations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain client relationships.
- Explore new business opportunities and partnership channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
- Prior experience with School ERP, College ERP, or EdTech companies is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the education industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
