Qualification: Graduate / MBA Marketing / PG in Branding, Advertising or Communications

Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000/month (Experienced) | ₹15,000/month (Freshers)

About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and customer-focused Branding Manager to strengthen Satva Gold’s brand identity through branding, visual communication, packaging, and marketing initiatives.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute branding and creative campaigns.
• Manage packaging, brochures, catalogues, displays, and social media creatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Coordinate with printing and branding vendors.
• Conduct market research and identify branding trends.
• Work with internal teams to deliver branding projects on time.
• Understand customer insights and convert them into effective branding ideas.
• Skills RequiredStrong creativity, design thinking, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of branding, packaging, typography, colours, and layouts.
• Knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or CorelDRAW.
• Understanding of print production and basic die-lines.
• Strong organization, ownership, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
