Job Description

Position: Customer Advisor

Vacancy: 1

Location: Swastik Cross Roads, C.G. Road, Ahmedabad

Work Mode: On-site

Experience: Fresher / 1–2 Years

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

Gender: Female

Age Limit: Up to 40 years

Salary: ₹1.80 – ₹3.00 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers
  • Manage customer/guest appointments
  • Track customer/guest visits
  • Maintain customer data and feedback
  • Share promotional offers
  • Offer refreshments to customers
  • Provide a positive customer experience


Working Days & Hours:

6 Days a week | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

During Navratri to Diwali: 7 Days


Notice Period: 3 Months
