Qualification: ITI (NCVT/GCVT) in the relevant trade

Trade-wise Job RoleITI Trade
Key Responsibilities
FitterAssemble chains and sprockets, fit and align components, check dimensions using measuring instrumentsTurnerOperate lathe machines, produce shafts, bushes and pins as per drawingMachinistOperate milling, drilling and grinding machines, and maintain tolerancesWelderPerform MIG/ARC/TIG welding on chain and conveyor components, and ensure weld qualityElectricianMaintain plant electrical systems, panels, motors and wiring, and handle breakdown repairsMechanic (Machine Tool Maintenance)Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinesDraughtsman (Mechanical)Prepare and update technical drawings and support production with drawing detailsCNC/VMC Operator (Machinist / Turner)Set up and operate CNC/VMC machines, and check first-piece and in-process quality
- Common Responsibilities
- Follow production schedules and quality standards
- Maintain safety, 5S and housekeeping in the work area
- Report machine issues and support continuous improvement
- Skills RequiredAbility to read engineering drawings
- Knowledge of measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, etc.)
- Willingness to work in shifts and learn new skills
