Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.

Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate technical and management interviews.

Manage interview schedules and candidate follow-ups.

Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Handle recruitment-related documentation and reports.

Support other HR activities as required.
