Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and references.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with HODs and candidates.
  • Handle salary discussions and offer follow-ups.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Ensure timely joining and achieve hiring targets.
