Inside Sales Executive

Job Description – Inside Sales RepresentativeWe are looking for a result-oriented Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and convert qualified leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and explain relevant products/services.
• Follow up regularly with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve assigned monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM/sales sheets.
• Coordinate with the Operations team for successful client onboarding and service delivery.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Track pending follow-ups and ensure timely communication.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales activity and performance reports.
• Identify opportunities for repeat sales, cross-selling, and upselling.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Good customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and communication tools.
• Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, business development, or customer acquisition is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
