Relationship Manager – Real Estate | Job Description

Position: Relationship Manager

Industry: Real Estate

Location: Vastrapur / Gota / Gandhinagar


Job Responsibilities:


  • Handle and follow up with clients and property enquiries.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
  • Arrange and conduct property/site visits.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with sales and internal teams for smooth transactions.
  • Maintain client information and enquiry updates in CRM.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Assist clients throughout the booking and documentation process.



Requirements:


  • Graduate in any field.
  • 1+ year of experience in Real Estate / Sales / Relationship Management preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong follow-up and client-handling skills.
  • Target-oriented and presentable.
