Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote Aerostar Aviation Academy’s aviation training programs, generate leads, and increase student enrollments. The candidate will be responsible for marketing activities, student counseling coordination, and building relationships with schools, colleges, and potential students.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPromote the academy’s aviation courses and training programs.
• Generate leads through field marketing, telecalling, social media, and other marketing activities.
• Visit schools, colleges, educational institutions, and other potential locations to promote courses.
• Counsel prospective students about aviation courses, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and referral partners.
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Coordinate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
• Maintain daily reports of leads, follow-ups, visits, and conversions.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and local promotional activities.
• Achieve monthly marketing and admission targets.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and digital marketing.
• Ability to generate leads and achieve targets.
• Willingness to travel for field marketing activities.
