- Connect with potential customers through outbound calls and introduce our GeM Portal registration, government tender information, bidding, and consultancy services.
- Understand customer business requirements and explain how our services can help them explore government tender opportunities.
- Generate leads, build customer interest, handle queries, overcome objections, and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Follow up consistently with interested customers to maximize sales conversions and build long-term business relationships.
- Maintain customer records, call details, and follow-up activities accurately in the CRM.
- Achieve sales targets, improve performance, and contribute to the company's business growth.
