Job Description
Job Discription
• Handle B2B travel enquiries received from Travel Agents and partner agencies.
• Understand travel requirements, budgets, preferences and client expectations.
• Prepare customized itineraries, quotations and tour packages.
• Follow up regularly with travel agents and B2B partners to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → enquiry → quotation → negotiation → booking confirmation → pre-departure coordination.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new B2B travel-agent partners.
• Generate new business through calling, WhatsApp, email and other sales channels.
• Handle FIT, group, corporate, MICE and customized tour requirements as assigned.
• Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure smooth execution of confirmed tours.
• Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, quotations and confirmed bookings in the CRM/system.
