Account Executive (Accounting)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Accounting Executive to join our Chartered Accountancy firm. The candidate should have 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a CA firm, with practical knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, Tally, MS Excel, GST and Income Tax. The role will involve handling accounting and bookkeeping assignments for 55+ clients, including preparation of journal, purchase, sales, receipt and payment entries, bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, trial balance, Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet, along with regular client coordination and maintaining accurate financial records.

The candidate will also be responsible for handling GST compliance for 65+ clients, including preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other applicable GST returns, GSTR-2B reconciliation, GST ledger reconciliation and assisting with GST notices and queries. The candidate will have exposure to 23+ Tax Audit assignments, including preparation of audit working papers, schedules, financial data, Form 3CD-related information and coordination with clients for audit requirements. Strong knowledge of accounting, GST and taxation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments within statutory deadlines are essential.

The position will also provide exposure to Project Finance and Banking assignments, including preparation of CMA data, financial projections, projected Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements, working capital requirements and bank finance proposals. Candidates with good communication and client-handling skills, strong analytical ability, knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team will be preferred.
