Accountant

Position: Accountant (Mid-Level Indian Accounting)

Location: Pakwan Cross Road, Sarkhej - Gandhinagar Hwy, Ahmedabad.

Experience: 2+ Years

Employment Type: Temporary – 6 Months

Time: 3:30pm to 12:30am (Mon-Fri)

About Company: -

The company is a professional CA Firm (accounting and financial services organization) providing accounting and related services to clients, including US-based clients. The role requires strong communication skills to coordinate effectively in a professional client-facing environment.

Responsibilities: -

* Handle day-to-day Indian accounting and bookkeeping activities. 

* Maintain accounting records using Tally Prime and/or Zoho Books. 

* Prepare and post sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries. 

* Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations. 

* Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related work. 

* Prepare invoices and maintain accurate financial records. 

* Coordinate with internal teams and US-based clients when required. 

* Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned accounting tasks. 

Requirements: -

* B.Com / M.Com / CA Dropout. 

* 2+ years of relevant experience in Indian accounting. 

* Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and/or Zoho Books. 

* Good knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation. 

* Strong understanding of Indian accounting principles and processes. 

* Fluent verbal and written English communication is mandatory. 

* Candidates must be comfortable with a temporary 6-month role. 

Note: This is initially a 6-month temporary role. Continuation may be possible based on the company's requirements and at the company's discretion.
