Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

* Accounting & Bookkeeping – Strong knowledge of accounting principles and day-to-day entries. 

* Tally Prime / ERP – Experience in Tally, ERP, or accounting software. 

* GST Compliance – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation, e-invoicing and e-way bills. 

* TDS Compliance – TDS calculation, deductions, payments, 

* Bank Reconciliation – Regular bank reconciliation and identification of discrepancies. 

* Accounts Payable & Receivable – Vendor/customer ledger management and outstanding follow-up. 

* Invoice Processing – Purchase, sales, debit/credit notes and invoice verification. 

* Excel Skills – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, IF formulas and data analysis. 

* Audit Support – Preparing schedules, reconciliations and supporting documents for audits. 

* Financial Reconciliation – Vendor, customer, GST, TDS and inter-company reconciliations. 

* Attention to Detail – Ability to identify errors and maintain accurate financial records. 

* Communication Skills – Professional coordination with vendors, customers, banks, auditors and internal teams. 

* Time Management – Ability to complete month-end closing, GST/TDS and payment activities within deadlines. 

* Problem-Solving – Ability to investigate accounting differences and resolve discrepancies.
