Job Description

  1. Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounting entries, sales and purchase records.
  2. Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, debit notes and credit notes.
  3. Handle GST invoicing, GST returns (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B) and reconciliation.
  4. Maintain bank accounts, perform bank reconciliation and track payments.
  5. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including customer and supplier outstanding balances.
  6. Follow up with customers for pending payments.
  7. Maintain records of expenses, petty cash and company transactions.
  8. Coordinate with the CA for GST, TDS, income tax and other statutory compliance.
  9. Maintain proper documentation of invoices, purchase orders and payment receipts.
  10. Prepare monthly sales, purchase, expense and outstanding reports.
  11. Maintain accounting software and Excel records.
  12. Assist with monthly and year-end closing activities.
  • Required SkillsKnowledge of accounting principles and GST.
  • Experience with Tally Prime and MS Excel.
  • Understanding of GST returns, TDS and bank reconciliation.
  • Good numerical, communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential financial records.
  • Educational QualificationB.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
