Business Analyst

Core Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Strategy & Bid Management

·      Lead technical discovery calls with global prospects to uncover core business challenges and architectural needs.

·      Architect comprehensive proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and Statements of Work (SOWs) with accurate effort estimates, milestones, and deliverables.

·      Partner directly with leadership to define solution strategies and pitch directly to C-level stakeholders.

Impact Collateral & Brand Assets

·      Author data-driven, compelling case studies that showcase technical complexity and measurable business outcomes.

·      Curate, optimize, and tailor high-converting developer & team CVs/profiles aligned with specific client tech stacks for client-facing bids.

·      Build solution one-pagers, capability decks, and product teardowns.

Hands-on Technical Documentation & Solutioning

·      Translate high-level business goals into rigorous Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

·      Create system workflows, data flow diagrams, and interactive wireframes using tools like Miro, Draw.io, or Figma.

·      Evaluate API documentation, system integrations, and cloud architectures to validate feasibility before kickoff.

Cross-Functional Orchestration & Execution

·      Act as the single source of truth between sales, solution architects, development leads, and QA.

·      Lead sprint grooming, backlog prioritization, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered software matches pre-sales commitments.
