Job Title
Business Development Executive (BDE)
Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, sales, negotiation, and lead-generation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, networking, and online channels.
Identify and approach potential customers and business clients.
Understand customer requirements and present suitable products or services.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Prepare regular sales and business development reports for management.
