Role Overview:

We're looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Manager to generate new client leads for IT, website development, and video production services. The ideal candidate will identify potential clients, pitch our services, and convert leads into long-term business relationships across these domains.

Key Responsibilities

●      Identify and reach out to potential clients across industries needing video production, branding, and digital services

●      Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking

●      Understand client requirements and pitch relevant Redstone Productions services

●      Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and follow up to close deals

●      Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

●      Coordinate with the internal creative/production team to ensure client needs are understood and delivered

●      Meet monthly targets for lead generation and client acquisition

●      Maintain a CRM/tracker of leads, follow-ups, and conversions

Requirements

●      0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (freshers with excellent communication can apply)

●      Strong verbal and written communication skills

●      Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, or production services is a plus

●      Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude

●      Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
