Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Title: Business Development manager( BDM ) – IT Industry

Location: Law Garden, Ahmedabad

Experience Required: Minimum 2+ Years in Sales Industry

Preference: IT / Technology (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Professional to manage end-to-end sales activities in the IT industry. The candidate will be responsible not only for driving revenue but also for guiding clients through the product lifecycle, including process understanding and service delivery alignment.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

 Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline

 Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations

 Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions

 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth on boarding and service delivery

 Guide clients on product usage, processes, and service offerings

 Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

 Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (mandatory)

 Experience in IT sales or technology-related products/services is preferred

 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

 Ability to understand technical products and explain them effectively to clients

 Knowledge of IT products/services and sales processes
