# Collection Officer
📍 **Location:** Navrangpura, Ahmedabad
💰 **Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
💼 **Job Type:** Full-time
🎓 **Qualification:** Any Graduate
💼 **Experience:** 1–2 Years
### Job Responsibilities
* Contact customers regarding pending payments and outstanding dues.
* Follow up with customers through phone calls and messages.
* Maintain daily collection and follow-up records.
* Coordinate with customers to ensure timely payment collection.
* Update payment status and maintain accurate records.
* Handle customer queries related to outstanding payments.
* Coordinate with the accounts and internal teams.
* Achieve assigned collection and follow-up targets.
* Prepare daily/weekly collection reports.
### Required Skills
* Good communication and customer-handling skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
* Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
* Target-oriented approach.
* Ability to handle customers professionally.
* Basic understanding of payment and collection processes.
