• Job Responsibilities
• Contact customers regarding pending payments and outstanding dues.
• Follow up with customers through phone calls and messages.
• Maintain daily collection and follow-up records.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure timely payment collection.
• Update payment status and maintain accurate records.
• Handle customer queries related to outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with the accounts and internal teams.
• Achieve assigned collection and follow-up targets.
• Prepare daily/weekly collection reports.
• Required SkillsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle customers professionally.
• Basic understanding of payment and collection processes.
