Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Collection Team Leader with relevant experience in the Banking & Finance / Collections process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of Tele Callers.
  • Monitor daily calling activities and productivity.
  • Manage and monitor the team’s performance through the dialer.
  • Track daily call volumes, connect ratios, PTPs, and collections.
  • Ensure achievement of daily and monthly team targets.
  • Conduct regular team briefings and provide guidance to team members.
  • Monitor individual and team performance and take corrective actions wherever required.

Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in Banking & Finance collection processes is preferred.
  • Experience managing Tele Callers and collection teams.
  • Good knowledge of dialer operations and call-center productivity management.
  • Strong team-handling, communication, and target-management skills.
