About the RoleWe are seeking a customer-focused Customer Relation Executive (CRE) to join Luxurya Cars Pvt Ltd (Caryanams). In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between premium automotive clients and the company, ensuring seamless communication, exceptional service delivery, and high customer retention across new, pre-owned, and luxury vehicle services.
- Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Interact with incoming clients to understand their luxury automotive needs, vehicle evaluation requests, or service inquiries.
- Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, post-sales support, and personalized assistance.
- Complaint & Feedback Handling: Efficiently resolve customer queries and concerns, maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Service Coordination: Coordinate with internal sales, financing, and technical teams to streamline vehicle inspections, test drives, and handovers.
- CRM Data Management: Maintain up-to-date client records, interaction histories, and feedback in the CRM system.
