Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Representative – Fintech
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 0 to 6 months
Shift Timings: Morning: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Afternoon/Evening: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Candidates must be comfortable working in either fixed shift.
Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our Fintech team. The candidate will assist customers with account-related queries, KYC verification, transactions, payments, login issues, and application usage while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, live chat, WhatsApp, and in-app support.
Assist with onboarding, KYC, login issues, payments, transactions, and refunds.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and resolve customer complaints.
Maintain customer records and track support tickets for timely resolution.
Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and follow up until closure.
Maintain customer data confidentiality and follow company policies.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
Comfortable using digital applications.
