About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Field Sales & Operations Executive to manage the complete sales process, from generating leads and meeting customers to closing orders and ensuring successful execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through field visits, calls, references, and market research.
• Visit customers and understand their requirements.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into orders.
• Manage the complete sales pipeline, from lead generation to order closure.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate order confirmation.
• Execute confirmed orders and coordinate with the internal team.
• Maintain and track inventory and stock.
• Coordinate procurement of required materials.
• Arrange transportation and book Porter/courier services.
• Coordinate dispatch and delivery of orders.
• Follow up with customers until successful order completion.
• Maintain customer, sales, order, and inventory records.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply. No prior experience required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Willing to travel for field visits.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, email, and computers.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

Good to Have

• Interest in sales and customer interaction.
• Basic understanding of inventory and order management.
• Knowledge of the local market.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate between customers, vendors, and the internal team.
