Job Description
- Represent the company professionally while meeting customers.
- Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide quotations as required.
- Identify new leads and business opportunities in the assigned area.
- Follow up with leads, quotations, and pending orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Visit potential and existing customers regularly to generate new business.
- Coordinate with the office/sales team for order processing and delivery.
- Collect customer requirements and share them with the concerned team.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues professionally.
- Monitor competitor activities, market prices, and customer trends.
- Visit potential clients for business development.
- Maintain proper daily visits and sales reports.
- Update customer and lead details regularly.
- Collect payments from customers when required and coordinate with the accounts team.
- Ensure timely follow-up until the order is successfully closed.
- Meet daily visit and calling/follow-up requirements as assigned.
