Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, professional, and welcoming Guest Relation Executive (GRE) / Hostess for our premium restaurant. As the first point of contact for our guests, your primary role will be to extend a warm welcome, ensure guest comfort, and deliver a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Welcome Warmly greet all guests with a professional attitude upon arrival.
• Table Reservation & Seating: Manage reservations efficiently and escort guests to their assigned or preferred tables.
• Waiting Area Management: Smoothly manage the waitlist during peak hours and keep guests informed about estimated waiting times.
• Guest Engagement: Gather guest feedback and promptly address any minor requests or concerns to ensure high satisfaction.

Coordination: Coordinate closely with the service staff and floor managers to maintain smooth table flow and service speed.

Brand Representation: Uphold the restaurant's premium service standards and personal grooming guidelines at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate (Degree/Diploma in Hospitality is preferred).

Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi.

Personality: Excellent interpersonal skills, a pleasant personality, and strong professional grooming standards.

Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Experience: Prior experience in hospitality, fine dining, or guest services is an advantage.
