Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing and salary disbursement.
Prepare salary drafts and ensure timely payroll execution.
Handle employee attendance and leave management.
Process PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Coordinate with employees regarding payroll, attendance, and leave queries.
Generate payroll and compliance reports as required.
Support HR operations and administrative activities.
Required Skills
Experience in payroll management and salary processing.
Knowledge of PF, ESIC, labour compliance, and statutory regulations.
Hands-on experience with attendance and leave management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll software.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, MBA-HR or equivalent preferred)
