Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs for interior projects.
- Review drawings, layouts, and specifications to calculate material quantities.
- Prepare project cost estimates and quotations.
- Coordinate with the design, purchase, project, and site teams.
- Verify material quantities and measurements at site.
- Prepare and check client/vendor bills and measurement sheets.
- Monitor project costs and maintain proper quantity records.
- Identify quantity variations and assist in cost control.
- Ensure accuracy in estimation and documentation.
- Requirements:Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior quantity surveying/estimation.
- Good knowledge of interior materials, measurements, and BOQ preparation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Strong calculation, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Candidates with interior execution/site experience will be preferred.
