Job Description – MARKETING EXECUTIVES (ME)

 Department: Sales

 Reporting To: Area Sales Manager (ASM) / RSM

Role Purpose

To drive sales, build strong relationships with doctors/hospitals, ensure product availability, and support surgical procedures while achieving assigned targets and maintaining company standards.

Key Responsibilities

1.     Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
• Promote company products (implants, instruments, consumables) to doctors, hospitals, and distributors
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
• Increase product penetration in assigned territory

2.     Doctor & Hospital Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, OT staff, and hospital management
• Ensure regular doctor visits and product detailing
• Support in product trials and clinical discussions

3.     Surgical Support

• Coordinate and attend surgeries when required
• Ensure correct product availability and timely delivery of trays/implants
• Assist surgeons with product-related inputs during procedures

4.     Order Management & Collections

• Generate orders and ensure timely billing
• Follow up on payments and outstanding collections
• Ensure adherence to credit policies

5.     Inventory & Asset Handling

• Coordinate with logistics for stock availability
• Ensure proper handling of trays, implants, and instruments
• Avoid stock loss/damage and report discrepancies

6.     Reporting & Compliance

• Submit daily call reports (DCR)
• Maintain records of visits, sales, and collections
• Adhere to company policies and ethical practices
• Log in to Breeze App for attendance and daily reports.

7.     Coordination

• Work closely with BRI (Branch Incharge), the delivery team, and internal departments
• Clear updation to the DB (Delivery Boy) for usage of implants surgery details of the Doctor/ Patient IC numbers, rates and the documentation with regard to the implants and Trays etc.,
• Coordinate with HO (Head Office) wherever applicable in the smooth execution of the Hospital/ surgery requirement.
• Ensure smooth execution of the order-to-delivery cycle
