Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, references, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
• Understand customers’ property requirements and recommend suitable options.
• Arrange and conduct property site visits with prospective clients.
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Negotiate and close property deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

Qualification:

• B.Com
• BBA
• MBA

Experience:

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Salary Range:

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance). + INCENTIVES
