Restaurant Captain

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Captain to manage restaurant floor operations, supervise service staff, and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage restaurant floor operations and table allocation.
• Supervise waiters and stewards to ensure smooth service.
• Take guest orders and coordinate with the kitchen for timely food delivery.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve service-related issues.
• Manage table reservations and guest waiting.
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and staff grooming.
• Coordinate with the cashier for billing and with the kitchen for KOT management.
• Maintain discipline and follow restaurant service standards.
