Sales Engineer

Sales Engineer position.

Must have experience in Industrial sales.

•Ground-Level Account Mapping: Identify and map 4 to 5 key operationalstakeholders within each target organization (specifically mid-to-lower strata,including shop floor and purchase managers).

•Relationship Nurturing & Check-ins: Maintain consistent, weekly touchpoints withprospects. Use these check-ins for identifying daily production bottlenecks,understanding shift challenges, and anticipating raw material friction points beforethey happen.

•Operational Intelligence Gathering: Track how the client’s production and materialschedules are evolving. Gather real-time ground insights on their raw material frictionpoints and needs.

•Founder Sales Support: Synthesize your ground-level findings into clear insights forthe Founder, highlighting exactly “what hurts the organization” to enable high-impact,tailored executive pitches.

•Structured Reporting: Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and produce structuredweekly intelligence reports on account material schedules and pain points.

•Overcoming Lower-Level Resistance: Build strong baseline trust so that lower-leveloperational staff actively support and champion our solution when proposals move upthe corporate hierarchy.
