Job Description
- Handle walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance and insurance options.
- Generate new leads through calls, references, digital platforms and other sources.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives for customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain proper sales records.
- Coordinate with the finance, insurance, accessories and delivery teams.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Maintain regular follow-up and update customer details in the DMS.
