About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to support our Canada recruitment operations by identifying employers with active hiring requirements, building professional relationships with hiring managers, and connecting them with qualified candidates. This role combines employer research, lead generation, recruitment support, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
• Research active Canadian job opportunities through Canada Job Bank, LinkedIn Jobs, Indeed, Glassdoor, and company career pages.
• Identify HR Managers, Recruiters, Talent Acquisition Specialists, and Hiring Managers.
• Research employer information and hiring contacts.
• Generate employer leads using LinkedIn, Apollo.io, RocketReach, Lusha, and other business tools.
• Conduct employer outreach through LinkedIn, email, and professional communication channels.
• Build and maintain an organized employer database.
• Coordinate with recruiters to submit suitable candidates.
• Maintain CRM and recruitment activity records.
• Prepare daily and weekly outreach reports.
• Build long-term relationships with employers for future hiring opportunities.
Required Skills
• 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Employer Outreach, or Lead Generation.
• Strong internet research and Boolean search skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Apollo.io, RocketReach, and Lusha.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with CRM or ATS platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable working in the Canadian Time Zone.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in Canadian recruitment.
• LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
• Employer relationship management.
• International recruitment exposure.
