Team Lead - Bench Sales Recruiter

We’re Hiring:- TEAM LEADER FOR BENCH SALES RECRUITER

Are you an experienced professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for US IT staffing & recruitment? Exceledge Placements is looking for a motivated Team Leader to join our growing team in Ahmedabad.

📍 Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

🕐 Shift: US Shift — 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

📅 Working Days: Monday – Friday.

💼 Experience: 3+ Years.

🏢 Work Mode: On-site.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:-

✨Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Bench Sales Recruiters.

✨Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruiters and implementation partners.

✨Handle interview coordination and placement follow-ups.

✨Monitor availability, submissions, interviews, and placement status.

✨Guide team members on effective marketing strategies and improve overall team performance.

✨Track daily and weekly team activities, submissions, interviews, and placements.

✨Ensure recruiters follow company processes, quality standards, and reporting requirements.

✨Resolve day-to-day issues related to submissions, interviews, onboarding, and placements.

✨Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members.

✨Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth consultant onboarding and placement processes.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:-

✔️ 3+ years of experience in US IT Staffing & Recruitment, particularly Bench Sales.

✔️ Previous experience in a Team Lead / Senior Bench Sales role is preferred.

✔️ Strong understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment market.

✔️ Good knowledge of W2, C2C, C2H, and contract staffing models.

✔️ Strong management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✔️ Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.

✔️ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Ability to work independently and achieve team targets in a fast-paced environment.

✔️ Willingness to work in the US night shift (7 PM – 4 AM).
